About CJCA

Central Jersey Cardiovascular Associates was founded by Dr. Gerald Weisfogel, where he has continued to provide outstanding care for years. Dr. Weisfogel is considered a leader in cardiovascular medicine, as well as a pioneer in sleep disorders and their associated cardiovascular risks. Recently, Dr. Ramzan Zakir joined the practice. He brings his expertise in coronary, peripheral, and carotid interventions. Together, they are committed to providing their patients with the highest level of cardiovascular care.

Our physicians are board certified in cardiology, interventional cardiology, nuclear cardiology, echocardiography, endovascular, electrophysiology, sleep medicine, and internal medicine. Our state-of-the-art facility is accredited in both Nuclear Cardiology (ICANL) and Echocardiography (ICAEL), and is equipped with the latest electronic medical-record technology.
